Taiyang Curtain Wall held its headquarters' mid year 2024 work conference
To fully implement the annual business targets and annual work plan, Taiyang Curtain Wall held a mid year work meeting of Taiyang headquarters on August 3rd. The Chairman of Taiyang Group, the headquarters of Taiyang Curtain Wall, and senior leaders of various business units attended the meeting.
The chairman signed "Contract Agreements" with the Engineering Management Center and the Retail Business Unit respectively.

Taiyang Curtain Wall President Fang Fansheng analyzed and summarized the completion of the headquarters' annual operating indicators for the first half of 2024, and set the operating indicators for the second half of the year, and formulated an annual indicator adjustment plan. Mr. Fang took the Engineering Management Center as an example and proposed a total of 16 work requirements in three major areas, including internal marketization, corporate culture inheritance, corporate brand maintenance, talent pool construction, marketing, contract fulfillment, financial linkage, risk prevention and control, etc. He made comprehensive arrangements and deployments.
Mr. Fang emphasized that the curtain wall doors and windows industry is currently undergoing unprecedented changes and reshuffling, with fierce competition and increasingly severe challenges. The company proposes a business unit and internal marketization model in order to stimulate organizational vitality, enhance team combat effectiveness, and improve the competitive advantage of the enterprise. Middle and senior managers need to break through cognitive limitations, improve self-awareness, enhance personal abilities, business awareness and level, enhance combat awareness, combat will, combat spirit, and combat skills, improve management ideas and capabilities, promote stable, scientific, and sustainable high-quality development of Taiyang, and contribute their own strength to the happiness of Taiyang and the century old Taiyang.
