The company was founded in May,2001.The headquarters is located in the industrial zoneofDaxing District,Beijing;Its totalinvestment is 100million RMB and its annual outputcan be up to 1600000 square meters.In Beijing Hebei and Jiangsu, there arethreelarge curtain wall doors and windows production and processing bases.
Beijing headquarters processing base mainly produces and processes constructional curtain wall and high-grade energy-saving aluminum alloy doors and windows.It coversan area of 16720 square meters and has a production workshop of 7100 square meters.It annually producces 500000 square meters of building curtain wall and aluminum alloy doors and windows
Jiangsu processing base mainly produces and processes frame type curtain wall and aluminum doors and windows.It covers an area of 15000 square meters and has a production workshop of 5000 square meters.It annually produces 400000 square meters of building curtain wall and aluminum alloy doors and windows.
Hebei Yongging Processing base mainly produces and processes frame type curtain wall and Unit curtain wall,It covers an area of 24000 square meters and has a production workshop of 11000 square meters.It annually produces 700000 square metersof building curtain walls and aluminum alloy doors and windows.
The company has been approved by the Ministry of construction as the first-class contractor for the professional construction of engincering curtain wall,the second-class construction of building decoration and the third-class contractor for the professional construction of steel structure,the first rate for the project design of curtain wall as well as the first-class installer of building doors and windows examined and approved byChineseArchitectural Metal Structure Association and the first-class production of building doors and windows products;it is also evaluated as a high-tech enterprise by Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Committee,and it has obtained the safety production license issued by the Beijing municipal housing and Urban and Rural Construction Committee;it has been approved by the ISO9001 quality management system,the ISO14001 environmental management system and the OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system;meanwhile,it has been awarded the title of AAA credit enterprise of Beijing construction industry.
The company has 400 employees,including 120 full-time designers and 80
full-time construction managers.Among whom,there are 29 cmployees who have intemediate or senior professional titles,and 85%of the design and engineering personnel are above college degree.The project management of the company is responsible for theproject manager.There aremore than 50 professional construction teams with more than five years of cooperation with the company,and can organize more than 5000 professional construction personnel at the same time.
In order to enhance the core competitiveness of the company,combined with many years of practical experience,we have independently developed the computer integrated system inside the enterprise.The system is built on the platform based on AUTOCAD.The drawings on this platfom are vectorization data,which have the advantages of real-time adjustment and real-time change of data,which greatly improves the strain efficiency of sitedesign changes.All the products of the company are entered into the database.All the materials and accessories are standardized.The design personnel only need to select thedrawings to complete the drawings.It has the functions of automatic reading,automatic preparaton,automatic optimization, automatic layoutdrawing and automatic production ofproduct addition.On this basis, we have established the internal information platform of the enterprise,all the completed construction drawings,processing sheets,design changes,materials and other materials,uploaded to the information platform at the first time of the project, andcompleted the data uniqueness and sharing in a scientific and timely manner
